Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of terravaultone.com and your purchase and use of digital products ("Products") sold by TerraVault One LLC ("we", "us", "our") through this site or our product sites, including midaskit.com and midasnotion.com. By using this site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.
The short version: our Products are digital goods sold as one-time purchases with a per-buyer license — use them in your own work and projects freely; don't resell or redistribute the Products themselves. Everything is sold completely as is, with no warranty of any kind — express, implied, or otherwise.
1. What we sell
TerraVault One LLC creates and sells digital products: source-code boilerplates (such as MidasKit), Notion templates (such as Midas Notion Templates), and other digital tools. Each Product is delivered electronically. Your purchase is a license to use the Product, not a transfer of ownership: TerraVault One LLC retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in its Products.
Individual Products may publish more specific license terms on their own product pages (for example, MidasKit's per-developer license at midaskit.com). Where a Product's own terms are more specific, those terms govern that Product; these Terms fill any gaps.
2. License grant
Unless a Product's own terms say otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one person to:
- Use the Product in an unlimited number of your own projects, personal or commercial;
- Modify and adapt the Product for your own use;
- Distribute works you build with the Product (applications you ship, businesses you run) without restriction or royalty.
3. License restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise make a Product available to any third party, whether modified or unmodified, for free or for payment;
- Repackage a Product (or a substantial portion of it) as your own template, boilerplate, starter kit, course material, or competing product;
- Publish a Product's source code or contents in a public repository or any other publicly accessible location.
The single question that resolves most cases: shipping things built with our Products is always fine; passing on the Products themselves is not.
4. Purchases, delivery, and refunds
Purchases are processed on our product sites by third-party payment processors acting as merchant of record (such as Lemon Squeezy); their terms also apply to the payment transaction itself. Products are delivered electronically, typically immediately after purchase.
Because digital goods cannot be "returned," refund policies are stated per Product on its product page (for example, MidasKit's 14-day refund if it fails to compile on a supported setup). Refunds outside a Product's stated guarantee are at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support@terravaultone.com with your receipt.
5. No warranty — sold as is
All Products, and this website and its content, are provided completely "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TerraVault One LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, implicit, statutory, or otherwise — including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that any Product will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us (including documentation, guides, or support responses) creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms or a Product's own terms.
In plain English: you are buying digital products exactly as they exist today. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating them for your own use — including security, platform policy compliance, and legal compliance for whatever you build. We make no promises about outcomes, revenue, or fitness for your particular project.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TerraVault One LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site or any Product — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim (or $10 if the claim relates to the website alone).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted.
7. Third-party services and platforms
Our Products may integrate with or depend on third-party services and platforms (such as RevenueCat, Stripe, Notion, Apple App Store, and Google Play). Those services have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. Platform policies change over time; ensuring your use complies with them is solely your responsibility.
8. Website use
You may browse and link to this site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All site content (text, graphics, logos, product names) belongs to TerraVault One LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Termination
A Product license terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing a Product). Upon termination you must stop using the Product in new work, though things you already shipped in compliance with these Terms are unaffected.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future sales and site use. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your license.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
